The MBA of Middle West University is built for practising managers. It assumes prior exposure to organisational life and moves quickly from description to decision: what should be done, on what evidence, under what legal constraint, and who carries the consequence.
What distinguishes the programme is its compulsory legal spine. Corporate governance, provider liability, health data protection and dispute resolution are taught as management subjects, not as optional legal decoration, because in regulated sectors legal exposure is an operating variable.
Every module combines recorded lectures, a slide dossier, a case pack and an applied deliverable that can normally be used inside the student's own organisation.

Frequently asked questions
I do not have a bachelor's degree. Can I still apply?
Yes. At least three years of documented managerial experience is an accepted alternative entry route.
Can I write the thesis about my own employer?
Yes, and most students do. A confidentiality annex protects sensitive data while allowing academic assessment.
How much time per week should I plan?
Around 18–22 hours per week during teaching semesters, more during the thesis semester.
Is the legal core taught for lawyers?
No. It is taught for managers who must make decisions with legal consequences and know when to instruct counsel.
